Safer setup for a small team
Turn off “Improve the model” and use Private Chat for anything sensitive. For business data, use the API under SpaceXSI’s Enterprise Terms, which SpaceXSI says it does not train on.
Plan to approve: SpaceXSI API under the Enterprise Terms
Setting to check: “Improve the model” and Private Chat (personal)
A line for your AI policy: Staff may not put customer data into Grok on a personal account. If we approve Grok, staff turn off “Improve the model” first.
