How to turn training off

  1. Admins can turn Airtable AI off for a workspace at any time in the admin panel or Workspace settings. Source: airtable.com

Safer setup for a small team

Use Business or Enterprise Scale for customer data, where AI providers keep nothing, or turn Airtable AI off in admin settings.

Plan to approve: Airtable Business or Enterprise Scale
Setting to check: Airtable AI off where not needed

A line for your AI policy: Customer tables use Airtable AI only on our Business plan. Admins turn AI off for any base that doesn’t need it.

Want this in your team’s AI policy? The SafeStart kit, a plain-English AI policy and training for small teams, is coming soon.
