Safer setup for a small team

Use Acrobat AI Assistant through a business or team Adobe account, and avoid the feedback buttons on documents with customer details, because feedback can be reviewed by people.

Plan to approve: Business or team Adobe account
Setting to check: No AI feedback on customer documents

A line for your AI policy: Staff use Acrobat AI Assistant only through our company Adobe account. Nobody submits feedback on AI answers for documents that contain customer details.
